Planning to buy a New Home?  Which builder will it be?  Don’t go it alone, use the services of a Realtor®.  Most Realtors® are familiar with the new home communities in their areas and can help you wade through the nearly endless choice of builders, communities, price ranges and levels of quality.  Consider, that in the Independent School Districts of Keller, Northwest and Eagle Mountain-Saginaw, one can find communities with homes by Centex Homes, Choice Homes, Coleman Homes, David Weekley Homes, DR Horton, Drees , Gehan, and Grand Homes.  But wait, there are more, you may want to consider Highland Homes, History Maker, Horizon or K.Hovnanian.   Perhaps First Texas is to your liking, or Legacy or Lennar.  Still haven’t found what you are looking for?  How about Meritage Homes, MelMac, Standard Pacific or Wall Homes.  They are all here as well as hundreds of custom home builders.  A Realtor® can help you sort through it all and find the area and home of your dreams in the least amount of time.  Best of all, their services won’t cost you anything.  Builders set aside reserves for Realtor® commissions and bonuses, should a property sell without a Realtor® the reserve is rolled into advertising.  The reserves can’t be used to ‘buy down’ the price even if you don’t use a Realtor®.

 

Regardless of which builder you chose they ALL have one thing in common.

 

Their salespeople work for them, not you.  It is not YOUR best interest they protect.

  1. Realtors® don’t forget you after the sale; we remain committed to your satisfaction and will assist in any way possible should problems arise.  After all, we do want your referrals, and realize that someday you may want to sell your home and buy a bigger one.
